- Feedback Debriefs: help employees interpret the results of their annual or 360 feedback processes with an emphasis on professional development opportunities.
- Mentor Coach: help employees who are promotion candidates, new or existing leaders and high potentials to maximize their learning and experiences and coach on specific issues.
- Out-Placement: personalized outplacement assistance designed to help each client manage his or her career transition and find a new job in the shortest period of time.
Workshops are customized for each client to ensure understanding of the organization’s culture, language and desired outcome of the program. All workshops are highly interactive, fun, and sprinkled with lots of great coaching.
